1. When is the city's annual firework display? And what is the rain date?

Every year the Recreation and Parks Department holds a fireworks display on July 3 with a rain date of July 5.

2. When do they pick up garbage or brush?

Garbage and brush are picked up periodically. Residents are asked to call the Department of Public Works Customer Service Line at (203) 854-3200 if debris needs to be picked up from city-owned property.

3. What are your hours?

The Recreation and Parks department is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
