Biography
Stuart Wells was appointed Democratic Registrar of Voters in October 2008 to fill a vacancy and was first elected Registrar for the 2009-10 term. Currently he serves on the Technology Committee of the Registrar of Voters Association (ROVAC) and is a Moderator Trainer. He has been active in Norwalk politics for many years and previously served on the Board of Estimate and Taxation, and on the Facilities Construction Commission.
He is an attorney by training and previously practiced law in Minnesota, and New York.
