The City is monitoring the forecast track and potential impacts from Tropical Storm Elsa. Residents are advised to be prepared for significant rains and high winds which may result in power outages on Friday. A small change in the forecast track of a tropical system can mean big changes in storm impacts, wind and rainfall amounts, so it’s important to stay aware of the track and forecast this week. One to three inches of rain is expected, but totals could be higher if the system slows down or the track changes.
