Vincent Amoruccio is a Senior Director of Statistical Programming and Analysis for Pfizer’s Global Biometrics and Data Management where he supports their Rare Disease, Biosimilar, and Hospital Brand Portfolio. He is a candidate for the Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics at Rutgers University focusing his dissertation research on HIV Related Malignancies. He has verifiable success in strategic planning and operational management of permanent and contract members and resources as well as extensive experience in all phases of clinical trials and filing international applications for new and supplemental drugs and biological licenses.
Ken Lalime is the Chief Executive Officer for the Community Health Center Association of CT (CHCACT). CHCACT supports the 17 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) throughout CT by providing training and technical assistance to enhance their provision of comprehensive medical, behavioral health, and dental services to all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Ken is the former CEO at HealthyCT, Director of Managed Care at Norwalk Hospital, and was the owner of Cranbury Pharmacy in Norwalk.
Dr. Terry Quell is the Nursing Education Consultant for the Connecticut Nurses Association where she is responsible for quality nursing continuing education for nurses in the state. She is an adjunct faculty member for both Fairfield University and UCONN Schools of Nursing with expertise in older adults, public health, leadership, and health policy. She is a past president of the Connecticut Nurses Association and is a former chair of the Norwalk Board of Education.
Dr. Norman Weinberger received his BA from Washington and Jefferson College, MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and served his internship and residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Weinberger has served since 2006 as a Pediatrician at the Optimus Community Health Clinic in Bridgeport. Previously, he was the senior partner of Pediatric Associates of Norwalk & Darien, P.C. for 33 years. He is the Medical Advisor for Westport Public Schools and Norwalk Public Schools. Licensure includes the state of Connecticut since 1971 and a Diplomat, National Board of Medical Examiners and Diplomat, American Board of Pediatrics. He is married to Susan G. Weinberger, EdD, and they have two children and five grandchildren. Norman and his family moved to Norwalk in 1971 where they have been involved in numerous community efforts in order to make a difference. Dr. Weinberger is a long-time champion for resiliency in children and their families.
