Credit TransactionsIt is unlawful to discriminate in any credit transaction including loans or mortgages based on race, sex, disability, or any other protected classification. EmploymentIt is unlawful to terminate or refuse to hire, promote, or any other term / condition of employment due to age, sex, pregnancy, disability, race, creed, or any other protected classification. Filing a ComplaintIt is unlawful for anyone to retaliate against you for filing a discrimination complaint or for opposing discrimination. |

HousingIt is unlawful to refuse to show, sell, or rent public or private housing due to age, race, creed, sexual orientation, the presence of children, lawful source of income, or any other protected classification.
