The Planning & Zoning Commission made the following decision at their August 24, 2022, meeting, effective September 2, 2022.
UPDATE 11/29/2022: The Planning & Zoning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, December 8, 2022, to modify the Accessory Dwelling Unit regulations to increase the minimum required side yard setback for detached accessory dwelling units to 30 feet in the AAA Residence Zone and 20 feet in the AA Residence Zone.
