What we do:
The Zoning Board of Appeals considers applications for variance of the Zoning Regulations, hears and decides applications for special permits, grants or exceptions for certain situations, and hears and acts upon appeals from rulings from the Zoning Enforcement Officer.

Prior to submitting any application, you are strongly encouraged to first review the details of your issue with the Zoning Enforcement Officer. The Zoning Enforcement Officer will assist you and help determine the most appropriate application for your situation.

ZBA Meetings and Membership Information:
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets once per month, typically at 7:30PM on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
Currently, all meetings are being held virtually using the Zoom application. Please go to the
