NEW: Moratorium on contractor storage yards adopted effective from May 29, 2020.

The Building Zone Regulations are divided into articles as noted below:

Schedule of Height and Bulk of Buildings

The Schedules provide the permitted height, setbacks, density and coverage allowed in each zoning district:
NEW: Effective May 27, 2016 Applicants must notify the owners of land that abut or are directly across the street from the subject parcel of application submittal for all CAM, Site Plan and Special Permit applications: notification must occur no later than 10 days after application is submitted to this office
: Fee Schedule effective April 28, 2017: Planning & Zoning fees for Maps & Applications to Planning, Zoning & ZBA
