Residential Improvement Fund

Fund Description

The Residential Improvement Fund is intended to help finance maintenance, repair, and renovation projects on residential properties majority occupied by low- or moderate-income households. The Fund provides a low-interest loan to qualifying applicants citywide. To review the Guidelines for using the Fund, see below:

In order to show the ownership of your property, please consult the City of Norwalk's Land Records and Property Tax Assessor websites.
