- Take I-95 to Exit 16
- Turn onto East Avenue (that's a left if you were southbound, a right if northbound) under the railroad bridge
- Continue straight on East Avenue until you run out of road at the water.
- You are looking at the park, but you must turn right onto Seaview Avenue to get in to the park itself. Watch for a gate entrance on left. If that one is closed, continue through the traffic light, and take first entrance on left.
